About The Role Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking an Offshore Program Director – Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy and work on their major iconic Oil and Gas Project portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  1. Assures safe project execution
  2. Delivers to clients satisfaction and contractual requirements
  3. Accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivable
  4. Serves as prime point of contact between the client and company
  5. Assures the project execution is in accordance with policies, procedures, systems
  6. Manages and coordinates project leadership personnel
  7. Supports Business Development and proposals for new offshore opportunities
  8. Negotiates changes with the client
  9. Responsible for all contracts in their program of works
  10. Use and share best practices among the PM's
  11. Plans the project execution and revises the plan as necessary and assures adherence to the plan
  12. Keeps the client and company advised of project status
  13. Leads the project management team and is responsible for the successful completion of the project
  14. Abides by our business ethics
  15. Project Delivery to the Quality Management systems
  16. Forecast workload ensuring deployment of sufficient resources (which will require close cooperation with the Engineering Manager)
  17. Resolution of inter-project conflicts
  18. Manage all people assigned to offshore contracts effectively
  19. Appraising direct reports on a regular basis
  20. Maintaining and promoting Company Values
  21. Promoting the capturing and implementation of lessons learned on Projects
Requirements
  1. Degree in Engineering required
  2. Total of 20 years' Experience and 10-15 years Offshore experience
  3. Proven experience in the management of engineering and procurement projects
  4. Must have strong knowledge of offshore and experience of detailed design projects. Ideally a mix of greenfield and brownfield experience. Fabrication/Construction experience would be beneficial.
  5. Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects
  6. Ideally 15 to 20 years of Offshore experience required
  7. Able to lead others in a challenging environment
  8. Able to make decisions and drive decision processes
  9. Well-developed management and administrative skills
  10. Works within a team to establish direction, alignment and commitment
  11. Interpersonal skills
  12. Risk and Change Management
  13. Program and Project Planning
  14. Well organized, credible and decisive
