We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to oversee and manage HR operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the human resources department by managing various administrative tasks.
- Ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
- Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
- Act as an HR business partner (HRBP) responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the selected business unit.
- Work closely with HR and team leaders to ensure effective recruitment and adherence to future business strategy from an HR perspective.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR functions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related fields.
