Job details

We are looking for an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to oversee and enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong risk assessment skills and a commitment to creating a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Deliver safety training to employees and subcontractors.
Report and investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain records and provide regular HSE reports to management.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, with at least 2 years in Qatar. Experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred.
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications.
Special Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Qatari safety regulations and compliance. Strong communication and training skills.
