Job details

Essentially balance the interest of the organization’s stakeholders, including government entities, management, customers, suppliers, community, etc., through developing, implementing and overseeing a framework of responsibilities, practices, and policies exercised by Senior Management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strengthen the relationship and contribution of stakeholders (the Founder, Government entities, local/regional/international athletes and federations, anti-doping organizations, Qatar Olympic Committee, Supreme Committee for Legacy and Delivery, Qatar Football Association, Ministry of Public Health, general public, etc.).
  2. Engage effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Facilitate information sharing.
  4. Report clearly on performance and operations.
  5. Understand the cross-entity environment.
  6. Promote cross-entity performance and accountability.
  7. Establish clear roles, responsibilities and governance arrangements.
  8. Facilitate good governance through written agreements.
  9. Engage and coordinate with risk function.
  10. Engage and coordinate with strategic planning and performance.
  11. Develop the terms of reference for the committees.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in President Office.
  13. Create a positive and ethical culture.
  14. Monitor the quality certification activities across the foundation.
  15. Facilitate and respond constructively to evaluation and review.
  16. Adjust governance arrangements to meet changing needs.
  17. Monitor the organization-wide satisfaction surveys and conduct review and assessment exercise.
