Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Proficiency in SAP ERP: Strong experience in utilizing SAP for procurement processes.
Services Management Expertise: Experience in the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment. Knowledge of handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) such as firefighting services, hood cleaning, HVAC, and related services. Proven ability to manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and service providers.
Material Management: Expertise in procuring and managing Kitchen OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) and kitchen equipment for large-scale operations. Ability to identify, source, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management: Strong skills in negotiating with suppliers and contractors to achieve favorable terms and ensure continuous supply at competitive prices. Experience in developing long-term partnerships with key suppliers and managing performance KPIs.
Compliance and Quality Control: Familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements related to catering equipment and services. Ability to ensure that all procurement activities adhere to safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading procurement projects, driving cost savings, and improving procurement efficiency. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet business needs.
Total Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the catering industry or a closely related field.
