- Lead Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their goals and translating them into innovative outdoor advertising strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with creative, sales, and production teams to plan and launch campaigns (billboards, transit, digital, etc.), ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Market Insight: Analyze campaign performance using data tools, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of OOH trends, leveraging new technologies and vendor partnerships to keep clients at the forefront.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and nurture long-term client loyalty through exceptional service.
- Experience: 3+ years in account management, preferably in OOH/media/advertising.
- Skills:
- Expertise in OOH processes (site selection, permits, production).
- Strong negotiator with a track record of closing deals.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
- Stellar communicator and problem-solver.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
