Description As our SEO / WordPress specialist, you are a core part of our product team at Expertlead and work closely with our Marketing and Tech teams, as well as with our Stakeholders. YOUR MISSION
- Own our new website.
- Utilize market-leading tools and apps such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track website performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create, manage, and deliver regular reports about optimization efforts and performance.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
- Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.
- Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
- Experience with SEO industry programs (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Experience with multilingual website optimization and international SEO strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.) in English; German is a plus.
