We are seeking IT professionals with a versatile skill set encompassing IT support, networking, ERP implementation, and digital marketing, social media handling experience. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in these areas. Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate with a combination of relevant experience, technical skills, strategic thinking, and a demonstrated ability to drive results in the digital marketing landscape and IT support. Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in Computers/ Marketing / Communication / certification in digital marketing and its optimization
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Marketing / digital marketing or related field
- Strong understanding and managing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC
- Social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ensure the organization's technology resources are utilized efficiently, securely, and in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Overlook and provide technical assistance to end-users, manage maintenance of systems and networks.
- Ensure routine backups; troubleshoot hardware and software issues to enable users to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Ensure strong network management to protect against cyber threats and its contingency planning.
- Functional ERP Systems Implementation and training on a need basis (These may be in person or remotely).
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to connect with target audiences, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives through digital means.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services.
- Enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage social media accounts, run paid advertising campaigns, and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Demonstrate success in driving website traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads or conversions through digital channels.
- Do whatever needs to be done for all of the above, ethically.
- Strong understanding and managing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools.
