Job Overview: We are looking for a talented AI & Prompt Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven solutions. In this role, you'll develop and optimize AI models & prompts to drive innovation and enhance user experiences. Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you'll design cutting-edge solutions, stay updated with the latest AI advancements, & integrate these solutions into our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and train AI models using machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Prompt Engineering: Create, refine, and test prompts to maximize the performance & accuracy of language models.
• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to support model training and evaluation.
• Algorithm Optimization: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of algorithms through continuous testing and refinement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering and apply new techniques and methods to enhance our projects.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of models, prompts, and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Enhancement: Continuously learn and apply the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not needed.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
