Responsibilities not limited to:

  • Manage the operations of BESS Proc Co (including qualification testing, preproduction test testing, and quality assurance).
  • Manage the third-party inspection agencies responsible for qualification testing, preshipment testing, production testing, site testing, and warranty period testing to ensure components are as per the required specifications and performance parameters.
  • Manage the production process of the technologies purchased by BESS Proc Co.
  • Manage the Sponsors qualification process of suppliers' technologies and production lines in line with overall contracts, supply chain standards, policies, and business/project requirements.
  • Manage and monitor the manufacturing and transportation schedule.
  • Coordinate and arrange the delivery plan, manage the storage plan (as applicable), and delivery schedule.
  • Ensure BOM material used and proper traceability to satisfy the Lenders' requirements.
  • Manage the finance process and requirements including but not limited to: Opening LCs to the OEMs, review of documentation, coordination with the banks, issuance of invoices, following up on payments, manage the cash flow, ensure positivity, and coordinate with the SPVs for the payment processes and coordination with the banks.
  • Manage the bonds (advance performance warranty bond).
  • Support in the negotiation of the technical requirements of the supply agreements in order to ensure that deals are favorable to the Consortium and its shareholders.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience in contracts and purchasing in a large organization requiring the procurement of a large range of products and services, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
