  • Staff Supervision & Training: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of waitstaff, cooks, and kitchen staff. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure all employees meet performance expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers have an exceptional dining experience by addressing any concerns, answering questions, and providing efficient service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Shift Coordination: Organize and assign tasks to team members during shifts, ensuring proper coverage and that service is efficient, smooth, and timely.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure it meets the restaurant’s standards. Work with kitchen staff to address any issues with food preparation or presentation.
