• This role is big picture – overseeing social storytelling and content distribution – and is hands-on – with daily posting and scheduling on Instagram, YT Shorts and Broadcast Channel.
• Have an eye for powerful visuals, strong writing skills, social storytelling skills and understand OJ’s brand voice.
• Create scroll-stopping posts, stories, reels, and videos that bring our trips & travellers stories to life.
• Stay ahead of trends, update content accordingly, and keep us fresh, fun, and relevant.
• Collaborate with trip leaders and trippers in WhatsApp groups to collect content, tag trippers, and fuel a buzzing online community.

• Work hand-in-hand with the trip leads and trip operations teams to ensure our messaging hits the mark across all platforms.
• Bring the right audiences to the OJ Social Media pages, and ensure engagement and return visits.
• Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and the latest in travel marketing innovation.

• Experience : 2+ years in social media — preferable within the travel or adventure industry.
• Portfolio : A strong track record of creative campaigns, community growth, and content that slaps.
• Storytelling : Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt to our adventurous brand voice.
• Passion : A love for travel, especially the road less traveled. You get our vibe and understand our audience.
• Skills : Ability to juggle multiple roles independently, meet deadlines, and stay organised.
• Design Know-How: Intermediate level skill in Canva/ similar and Inshots / VN . We have our brand guidelines so that you can plug and play without creating those from scratch.
• Analytics : Proven history of growing social audiences and knowledge of analytical tools.
