Shift Information
Fri 8p-Sat 8p, Sun 8a-8p
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- 2 years hospice experience
- active RN license (WI or compact) and BLS (AHA)
If first time traveler, they must have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience
Technical skills required: End of life care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage
