Lead Hunting – Identifying companies that fit our target market, researching them, and customizing outreach emails based on their industry and needs. 3. Marketing Support – Working with our marketing team to help strategize and create the right marketing materials. 4. Upwork Lead Generation – Finding potential leads on Upwork and creating compelling proposals. 5. Passion for Sales – Someone who is eager to work in sales and enjoys engaging with customers.
