• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, adapting plans as needed to overcome challenges
• Handling performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, and other personnel actions
• Following essential procedures and best practices for successful project delivery
• Capturing and applying lessons learned from past projects to enhance future performance
• Taking responsibility for team performance, including budgets and results

Your skills and experiences: Essential:

• Proven experience in delivering engineering changes, with a strong background in both Engineering and Project Management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, with excellent collaboration skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging with individuals at all organizational levels
• Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and logistics requirements management
• Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary change projects, including planning, cost control, risk and opportunity management, engineering design management, equipment ship integration, testing, commissioning, and acceptance

The Land Radar Team: The Land Radar team are responsible for delivering and supporting Long Radar Air Defence Radar products to our UK and international customers.
