Branch Manager

Join Giltrap Group as a Branch Manager at SIXT! About the Role: We need a dynamic, motivated Branch Manager to lead the company's Dunedin Airport branch. This role will require strong leadership and relationship-building skills to maintain and create loyal and excited customers. You will enjoy being the link between the car wash and the rental counter and the logistics of the right car/right time. You can expect to be fully trained and supported as you learn about this exciting business that includes logistics, sales, and exciting customer service. Within our small but tight-knit team, you will be expected to work independently, make decisions within clear guidelines, and manage staff against clearly defined goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Create a team environment that will provide a premium customer experience
• Build business relationships to increase corporate sales in local market
• Develop your people and reach sales targets through coaching and example
• Manage the operation to ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time
• Manage through your team to ensure fleet is compliant and presented to the highest level
• Oversee the damage and maintenance process, minimising downtime.
• Ensure your rental location is fully CI compliant and create a welcoming environment
• Work with our Customer Journey team to promote Customer Excitement

About You

• 2+ years' tourism, automotive, sales or relevant industry
• BDM/Sales experience or Car rental experience preferred
• Commercial Acumen - you need to know how your actions will improve the bottom line
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Experience in coaching and developing teams
