At Schbang, we are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Director (Copy) to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing award-winning, impactful, and results-driven creative concepts for digital campaigns. You will lead and mentor a team of talented copywriters, ensuring the highest creative standards are consistently met across all projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of compelling and innovative creative concepts for a wide range of digital campaigns, including social media, display, video, search, email, and mobile.
- Oversee all aspects of the copywriting process, from initial concepting and brainstorming to final execution and production.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior copywriters, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Strategists, and Account Managers to ensure creative solutions meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop strong client relationships and effectively present creative work to clients, articulating the creative rationale and demonstrating the value of the proposed solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, technology, and consumer behavior..
- Ensure all creative deliverables are of the highest quality, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Copywriter or Creative Director in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-quality, award-winning creative campaigns across all digital channels.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including user experience, SEO, and social media best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into compelling creative solutions.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
