Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary Overseas Education Counsellor to lead, manage, and expand our Study Abroad counseling services. In this pivotal role, helping students explore global education opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of admission and counseling processes for countries like the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and MBBS programs abroad . Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of study abroad programs (Mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in various international education pathways, visa regulations, and admission processes.
  • Expertise in the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, and MBBS Abroad
  • In-depth understanding of application procedures, requirements, and best practices specific to these regions/programs.
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively for diverse stakeholders.
  • Advising and counseling skills (Mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to guide students with personalized advice, addressing individual concerns and aspirations.
  • Cultural awareness
  • Proficiency in supporting students adapting to new cultural environments, promoting inclusivity.
  • Organizational skills
  • Capacity to efficiently manage center operations, meet deadlines, and maintain compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Student Counseling and Support
  • Conduct advanced counseling sessions to assist students in understanding study abroad options, application processes, and career trajectories.
  • Guide students through documentation, visa requirements, and other logistics for successful enrollment in international institutions.
  • Resolve escalated student issues, offering practical solutions and expert advice.
  1. Collaboration and Networking
  • Maintain awareness of global education trends, visa regulations, and new program developments.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions to educate students and parents about various study abroad prospects.
  1. Administrative Oversight
  • Monitor and track student applications, maintaining accurate records and comprehensive reports.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay updated on changing visa regulations, course offerings, and international education trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead Conversion Rate : Number of inquiries converted into successful enrolments.
  • Outreach Activities : Number of events, seminars, or workshops conducted and partnerships established with schools/colleges.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score : Feedback from students and parents post-consultation.
  • Follow-Up Timeliness : Percentage of leads followed up within a defined timeline.
Educational Background & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (Required)
  • Master’s degree (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • A minimum of 2 to 10 years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or Operations, with a proven track record of leadership.
