Program Manager

About the role: We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Program Manager to support some of our existing product lines as well as contribute to some 0-to-1 products. In this position, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that support both new and existing products, ensuring they meet organizational goals and customer needs. Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to guide product priorities. Analyze findings to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams. Facilitate alignment to drive seamless execution of initiatives.
• Plan and manage project timeline and resources. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvement measures.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies. Coordinate with stakeholders to address challenges effectively.
• Track project performance metrics and recommend improvements. Use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate progress and insights to all stakeholders. Provide regular updates to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Actively identify automation and process improvement opportunities in existing processes

• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and leading initiatives from the ground up
• 3+ yrs of experience in a similar role
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across internal teams and external partners
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and drive execution
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales
• A flexible and adaptable approach to navigating challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
