Job Description
- Processing Sales Orders & Generating Sales Invoices & E-waybills.
- Coordinating with Warehouse team for Dispatches.
- Verifying Customer / Distributor Agreements
- Processing Customer claims and Accounting,
- Coordinating with sales Team for executing Sales Orders
- Customer Ledger reconciliations
- Periodical Stock verifications and reconciliations
- Generating Sales Order & E-Invoicing.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and invoices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating prices, Primary & Secondary trade schemes, discounts, and taxes accurately.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional team such as sales, logistics and marketing, to ensure smooth billing process.
- The ability to identify and resolve billing related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with the ERP systems can be an added advantage.
- The capability to analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
