The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of Python programming, and expertise in game development frameworks like Pygame, Arcade, or others. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Development:

• Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum for Python programming and game development.
• Ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry standards and caters to learners of varying skill levels.

2. Training Delivery:

• Conduct live online training sessions for students, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience.
• Teach Python programming fundamentals, advanced concepts, and game development techniques.

3. Practice Assignments:

• Create hands-on practice assignments and projects to reinforce learning.
• Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance practical understanding.

4. Evaluation and Feedback:

• Evaluate student performance on a class-by-class basis.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.

5. Technical Support:

• Assist students in resolving technical issues related to Python programming and game development tools.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and game development.
• Continuously improve the training content and delivery methods based on feedback and industry developments.

Requirements: 1. Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Python programming (10+ years of experience).
• Expertise in game development using Python (e.g., Pygame, Arcade, or similar frameworks).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.

2. Training Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in training or teaching Python programming.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.

3. Communication Skills:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

4. Technical Setup:

• Must have a professional online teaching setup at home, including:
• High-speed internet connection.
• Pentab (for effective teaching and demonstrations).
• A quiet and distraction-free environment.

5. Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
