Roles & Responsibilities 1 Responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the B2B Agency and API business 2 Contract review, Reviewing Commission Percentage and updation of the same as and when required 3 Reconciliation of DA accounts Vs Books 4 Follow up with agencies for commission invoices 5 Incentive Accounting 6 PG Related entries accounting 7 Provisional entries for monthly closures and supporting for MIS Monthly closures activities 8 Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information. 9 Maintain complete documentation accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. 10 Automation of accounting Process for Reconciliation 11 Manage Tax related entries To succeed in this role – you should have the following 1.Good accounting knowledge and experience in Travel Industry 2. Good GST/TDS/TCS knowledge. 3. Reconciliation of vendors statement and preparation of reports. 4. Very good excel skills like Vlookup, Pivot, etc. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Working with Internal SPOC's for alignment and accounting
