Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager (Wine/FMCG) MODERN TRADE

Summary: 5 days work week Location: Central Basic $3k - $6k (Basic) + Commission + allowances Industry: Wine/ FMCG Modern Trade Job Scope: Key Account Manager Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Develop strategic account plans customized to the needs of each client like NTUC, ShengSiong, Cold Storage, Giant . Ensure high client satisfaction to maintain and retain key accounts. Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance both profitability and customer satisfaction. Implement targeted sales strategies for key accounts. Track and report on key account performance metrics. Collect and act on client feedback to enhance service offerings. Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key clients. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to meet client needs. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration studies. Preferably candidate with experience liaising with customers from Wine Industry / FMCG Modern Trade Industries.
