Role Purpose: The Key Account Manager at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and provide strategic solutions to help them achieve their goals. The Key Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, manage sales pipelines, and meet sales targets. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open lines of communication. Position Summary/Objective: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing client accounts. They will ensure that clients receive excellent service, meet their needs, and maintain long-term relationships with the company. Duties/Performance Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support
  3. Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business goals
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to the management regarding account status and sales performance
  6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  8. Manage sales pipelines and meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements Education and Training
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles
Skills And Attributes
  1. Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  5. Good understanding of business principles and market dynamics
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  7. Self-motivated and driven by targets
  8. Excellent time management and organizational skills
