Marketing Director - IBC Tank Manufacturing Location: Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province Industry: Industrial Packaging / IBC Tank Manufacturing Job Summary The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to establish the company as a leader in IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) tank manufacturing . This role involves market analysis, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to drive sales growth and enhance market share in the Gulf and global markets . Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales and market penetration for IBC tanks .
    • Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities across industrial sectors like chemicals, food & beverage, and oil & gas.
    • Align marketing plans with the company’s production capacity, pricing strategies, and sales goals .
  2. Brand Development & Positioning
    • Build the brand identity to establish credibility and trust among industrial buyers.
    • Manage advertising, PR, digital presence, and corporate branding to enhance brand visibility.
    • Develop marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos, technical datasheets) for customer engagement.
  3. Sales & Business Development Support
    • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into customers .
    • Develop customer acquisition strategies through trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
    • Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer needs and industry trends.
  4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing models, and customer requirements.
    • Analyze competitors and position the company’s IBC tanks as a superior offering in terms of quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness .
    • Monitor global demand and supply chain trends affecting the IBC tank industry.
  5. Digital & Traditional Marketing
    • Oversee website development, SEO, and online lead generation strategies.
    • Implement email campaigns, social media marketing, and online advertising to attract industrial clients.
    • Develop and manage content marketing strategies such as blogs, whitepapers, and industry insights.
  6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Retention
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial buyers and distributors.
    • Develop customer loyalty programs and after-sales engagement strategies.
    • Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements.
  7. Strategic Partnerships & Industry Networking
    • Establish partnerships with distributors, logistics companies, and raw material suppliers to enhance product reach.
    • Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, B2B meetings, and trade conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  8. Budgeting & Performance Metrics
    • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
    • Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing investments.
    • Report performance insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field .
    • 7+ years of experience in industrial marketing, packaging, or manufacturing sectors .
    • Proven track record in B2B marketing and business development .
  2. Technical & Marketing Skills
    • Strong knowledge of IBC tanks, HDPE materials, and industrial bulk packaging solutions .
    • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead generation strategies .
    • Ability to create and manage technical marketing content for industrial buyers.
    • Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, and industrial networking .
  3. Soft Skills
    • Leadership & team management – Ability to lead and mentor marketing teams.
    • Negotiation & communication – Strong ability to engage with industrial buyers and distributors.
    • Analytical thinking – Ability to interpret market trends and sales data for strategic decision-making.
