Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology company in Dammam, KSA. Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, technical challenges, and infrastructure needs. The TAM will collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive innovation, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and expand the company's footprint. Candidates with experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Oil & Gas industries are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by aligning solutions with their business objectives.
  2. Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, addressing all technical needs.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to execute technical strategies and achieve sales goals.
  4. Map customer requirements to tailored technology solutions.
  5. Identify opportunities to expand the product footprint by adding users, products, and replacing competitors.
  6. Coordinate with support teams to ensure prompt and high-quality technical resolutions.
  7. Act as a liaison between customer technical teams to manage defect resolutions and enhancement requests.
  8. Develop account-based marketing strategies to promote adoption and deployment of technologies.
  9. Lead technical campaigns for complex projects and provide market insights.
  10. Offer guidance on product enhancements, competitive strategies, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  2. Professional experience: Bachelor's with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or Ph.D. with 3+ years in technology environments.
  3. Proficiency in simulation software (CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM) and its applications.
  4. Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Oil & Gas industries.
  5. Proven experience in engaging with senior management and C-level executives.
  6. Excellent problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  7. Fluency in English. Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
