Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Salla is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making at Salla. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing company. Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and preparation of the rolling annual operating plan and monthly results analysis
  2. Work with the accounting team to ensure closing timeline and reporting requirements are met
  3. Combining multiple data sources to provide clear, granular, and easy-to-understand answers to business questions
  4. Provide valuable insights by identifying and tracking critical financial and non-financial success factors
  5. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
  6. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement
  7. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial results
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for financial analysis
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of financial planning processes and tools
  10. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  2. Curiosity, Adaptability, and learning Orientation
  3. Strong analytical and modeling skills
  4. Proficient in financial forecasting and budgeting
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  9. Fluent Arabic is a plus
  10. Growth mindset
  11. Drive for results
