We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Vascular Surgery Consultant to join our client's prestigious healthcare facility outside Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to providing world-class patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse, dynamic environment with state-of-the-art facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care within the specialty area.
- Provide expert consultations and lead multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field and integrate evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to departmental strategy and development.
- Qualifications - Western training: American Board/ UK CCT/ Australia or NZ Royal College Fellowship/ Western European Specialisation Board.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years' post board or specialisation certification experience depending on country of origin to qualify for Consultant with the Saudi Council.
- Licensure: Eligibility for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) at consultant level.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is necessary.
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
