• Manage and supervise IT team
• IT project coordination, management, and implementation
• Must work in a timely, safe, prudent, and organized manner
• Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management

• At least 3 years of experience at the IT Manager level Experience with software in the hospitality industry (such as OPERA, Infrasys, SUN, BSS, etc.) Ability to communicate in English (business-level email communication)
• Fluent in Japanese
• Experience working in the hotel industry
• Experience in management is a plus
• We are looking for candidates who are fluent in either Japanese or English.
