Restaurant Cashier

Job Title: Restaurant Cashier – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Anglers Fish and Chips, a leading quick-service restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly dining experience.
2. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions using the POS system.
3. Process customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy.
4. Assist in answering customer inquiries about menu items and promotions.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
6. Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a QSR or fast-paced environment.
2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
