Role Description: The HR Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper. They will oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees. . Key Responsibilities: Recruiting:
- Source, post, and optimize job openings on various platforms.
- Design and manage application and screening processes according to company policies.
- Expand recruitment reach and improve candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteria.
- Present job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits.
- Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes.
- Document procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder.
- Develop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policies.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture.

- Professional Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role.
- Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Experience in performance coaching. x
