An exciting opportunity has become available for an in house trainer for our dynamic Contact Centre. The ideal candidate should be well versed in English and have a passion for contributing to the up skilling of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Trainer will coordinate and implement all aspects of the training programs for participants throughout the Contact Centre.
  • Conduct new starter training as well as refresher, up-skilling and cross skilling training.
  • Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner and produces the desired
outcomes including successful completion of training rates.

• Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and

regulatory compliance.
  • Analyses course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts in providing appropriate training support.
Knowledge, skills and attributes required:

  • Knowledge of Debt Review, Debt Review Cancelation and Debt Mediation
  • Prior experience in Training and Development
  • High proficiency in delivering impact training and facilitation;
  • Strong planning, organizing and time management skills;
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including oral presentations and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of
leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional administrative skills;
  • The ability to work within a team;
  • Proactive.
