Job Overview

The Gulf University Administrator will be responsible for providing strategic advice to the President on key issues affecting the university. This individual will oversee various departments and ensure seamless operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff administrative activities across the university.
  • Oversee the Finance, Human Resources, IT, Facilities, and Purchasing departments.
  • Facilitate administrative processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement academic strategic planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection processes.
  • Be responsible for building maintenance and grounds upkeep.
  • Oversee all purchases, including instructional materials, furniture, supplies, technology software, etc.
  • Manage staff salaries and benefits, ensuring compliance with government regulations and university policies.
  • Lead personnel operations, including recruitment, contracting, termination, training, development, and induction programs for administrative staff.
  • Take disciplinary actions as necessary and submit an annual report to the President.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
