Senior Sales Specialist - Capital Equipment & Machinery Location: Cavan Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 + Overtime & Benefits Hours: Office-based Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, every second Saturday 9am-1pm (overtime paid) Leave: 21 days Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in plant hire or capital equipment sales? About the Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our client, in an office-based team in Cavan. This role focuses on account management (90%), working with existing clients to maintain and grow relationships in the plant hire and capital equipment sector. You will work closely with six other sales professionals, helping to manage the team alongside the director. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service Provide expert advice on plant hire equipment and capital machinery Support and help lead a team of six sales professionals Collaborate with the director on sales strategy and team development Process orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently Requirements Experience in plant hire, capital equipment, or large machinery sales Strong account management skills with a consultative sales approach Leadership capabilities and the ability to support a team Office-based availability, working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to step into a senior role with a strong, supportive team.
