Project Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a valid driving license

• Signage / Advertising / Fabrication / Media Production

• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Analyze all client requirements for all development projects in coordination with project managers.
• Prepare all resources & plan all projects according to the required timeframe.
• Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Liaise between key clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services as per client needs.
• Deal with client complaints in a manner which ensures client retention and satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned targets in designated strategic accounts and develop unique ways to grow the business with your clients.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Ensure that all necessary actions are taken to resolve a customer's inquiry.
• Contribute to quality customer service and help the sales team meet its targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
