- Provide support to the Financial Planning Advisory (FPA), Treasures and Home Advisory Specialist (HAS) Franchises
- Manage and review KPI, incentive, rewards and recognition programmes
- Manage post-incentive plan reviews at country and regional committee
- Manage expense within budget for incentive, rewards and recognition programmes
- Manage the planning, execution, communication and results of incentive, rewards and recognition programmes (BSA Results, BSA Gala Events, BSA Recognition Trip, BOB Results)
- Manage KPI and incentive plan e-Learning modules and calculators
- Work with stakeholders on feedback and improvement to current programmes
- Provide data analytics on incentive performance and programmes required by country and regional committees
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in performance management and scorecard development
- Knowledge in Consumer Banking and Wealth Products would be an advantage
- Comfortable with presenting and able to build presentation decks
- Good stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating with senior management
- Business acumen and data analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Detailed oriented and comfortable working with data
- Good team player and willing to learn and guide others
- Able to manage multiple tasks within an agreed timeline
- Project management skills with a sense of urgency
- Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
