Job details

Responsibilities:

1. System Management:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of the delivery system to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Experience in managing delivery applications (aggregator) and how to manage.
  • Monitor system performance continuously and resolve technical or operational issues.

2. Data Analysis and Performance Optimization:

  • Collect and analyze delivery and order data to enhance user experience.
  • Propose technical solutions and improvements to optimize system efficiency.

3. Coordination with Teams:

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of updates and enhancements.
  • Work with delivery and customer service teams to address challenges.

4. Complaints and Reporting Management:

  • Handle complaints and feedback related to the system and work on resolving them.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

5. Security and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure security and quality standards are applied in all delivery system operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • In-depth understanding of delivery technologies and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with delivery management and e-commerce applications.
  • Experience working with databases and relevant software tools.
