The IBG COO office is at the forefront of integrating generative AI (Gen AI) technologies into our business process to enhance customer engagement, optimise processes, deliver exceptional value and transforming the operating model. Positive Overview We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented staff to join our Gen AI team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of Gen AI-driven initiatives and assist in managing projects that harness the power of generative AI to transform our business operations. Responsibilities
- Drive transformation effortsby actively participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Gen AI projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech, Data, Business) to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Develop and implement change management to drive awareness and adoption of Gen AI projects.
- Innovate and generate new ideasto challenge the status quo.
- Support the development of AI models and tools by defining requirements and validate outcomes with business stakeholders.
- Conduct research on AI trends and advancements to provide insights for project development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and communicate with IBG Relationship Managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior work experience in Relationship Management, Project Management or AI-related fields is a plus.
