Open Vacancy, Immediate Hiring: Software Sales Manager for a Software Company in Kuwait Enterprise Business Solutions W.L.L (EBS), a leading company in Kuwait specializing in providing Enterprise Software Optimization and Automation Solutions to the Oil & Gas industries, is looking for a Software Sales Manager. Duties cover:
- Manage all company’s sales activities, proposals development, operations, contract management, and customer relationships.
- Manage company relationships with all partners, vendors, and clients.
- Take responsibility for the team’s accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and completion of duties.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service through proper communication to ensure client retention.
- Develop Sales Account plans for key customers against the various products and solutions that EBS carries with its technology vendors.
- Undertake regular meetings with clients to market and develop the Sales opportunities and sales pipeline, ensuring effective and meaningful lines of communication are maintained, with clear opportunities plan and closure plan.
- Identify added value business opportunities, i.e., new services/sales opportunities.
- Lead sales process and contract negotiations.
- Develop and present proposals and negotiate contracts closure.
- Monitor client invoicing process and ensure prompt payment - Collection monitoring.
- Proven work experience as Strategic Sales Manager for software and/or Process Automation Solutions or similar role.
- Knowledge of Kuwait Oil and Gas market and customers.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting, Sales Account Plans, and Sales Pipeline and Opportunities development.
- SAP Sales Experience is a plus.
- Leadership ability.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
