Urgent Hiring in USA!!! Junior Accounts Assistant
SPECIFIC DUTIES- To provide analysis and support to all hotel functions.
- To count the cash daily and prepare daily lodgements.
- To deal with all incoming invoices, process cheque requests and employee expenses claims.
- To liaise with group office in the set up of new supplier accounts.
- To ensure that all invoices are coded correctly and appropriately approved.
