  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation and property readiness.
  • Assist in lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and tracking tenant compliance with lease terms.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues with vendors or internal teams.
  • Monitor the performance of service providers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and financial reports.
  • Follow up on rent collections and manage delinquent accounts under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and tenant transactions.
  • Assist in sourcing and managing vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other property-related services.
  • Ensure service agreements are in place and comply with company policies.
  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure properties comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including tenant files, property records, and inspection reports.
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the management team.
  • Maintain accurate property management databases and systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support the property management team with general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants and vendors.
  • Financial awareness, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
