The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager is responsible for leading all conversion rate optimisation and customer database growth initiatives, owning the CRO roadmap, and delivering conversion focused direct customer segmentation and communication along with SEO technical improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the roadmap for conversion improvement, and ongoing optimisation of both web and ap utilising A/B testing and experimentation tools.
  • Champ best practice UI/UX and innovation to drive conversion and revenue.
  • Establish framework and objectives for A/B experiments to deliver improved user experience.
  • Build deep understanding of on-site user behaviour to identify improvement areas.
  • Deliver to target conversion rate and uplift from optimization initiatives.
  • Deliver on customer database growth objectives across all direct channels, including email, app and WhatsApp.
  • Plan and manage campaigns with internal stakeholders for tactical activity and ongoing customer journey automation.
  • Establish framework for post-campaign analysis with a lazer focus on insight.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell products and services post purchase through automation comms.
  • Own the relationship with the customer experience tool vendor to maximise value from the contract, resources, and tools.
  • Plan alongside Head of E-come, revenue management and marketing for all opt-in customer communications to deliver on targets and support new and existing routes and ancillary products.
  • Manage the technical optimisation of website for best practise SEO optimisation
  • Maintain relationship with external vendor for site content structure and reporting.
  • Track, and target search growth through detailed keyword analysis and benchmarking
  • Deliver onsite content optimization in collaboration with content team.
  • Own the opt-in customer data platform and work alongside internal BI teams for segmentation analysis, reporting and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, customer journey orchestration platforms like Insider/Sitecore/Adobe AEP.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and onsite optimisation tools such as Insider/VWO/Optimizely.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and CRM database management.
  • Able to interpret data analytics into insights for improving UX.
  • In-depth understanding of web-analytic tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Thrives in a faced-paced commercial environment.
