Restaurant Manager - Shake Shack

Shake Shack is a modern day roadside burger stand known for its delicious burgers, flat-top dogs, frozen custard and more. With its fresh and simple, high-quality food at a great value, Shake Shack is a fun and lively community-gathering place with widespread appeal. Using the freshest high-quality ingredients, all of the food at Shake Shack is made to order (from burgers to shakes to everything in between). The Restaurant Manager is accountable for managing the restaurant in accordance with company and host brand values to achieve company set objectives and is responsible for maintaining high standards of food and service quality. You will also be required to combine strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
You will have/be:
- At least 5 years' experience in fast casual dining restaurants.
- Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
