Job Summary The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing MV switchgear and RMU orders, from contract confirmation through to technical design improvements and document management at our factory. This role involves evaluating technical aspects of bids, ensuring effective implementation of production processes etc. This role is based in Dammam, 3rd Industrial Area. Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do

Responsible for the technical management of MV switchgear, RMU, LBS, control and protection panels and LV switchgear orders at the factory.
Responsible for technical confirmation, engineering design, technical improvements, and technical document management after contract signing at the factory.
Participate in technical evaluation and commercial quotation for bids at the factory.
Participate in technical evaluation for new product development.
Participate in the formulation of production process flows and work instructions and promote and supervise their implementation.
Participate in product process and quality improvement.
Responsible for cost reduction of product technology.

Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Work experience in technical management of medium voltage switchgear and RMU products.
Familiar with the design, technical resource organization, and allocation of medium voltage switchgear and RMU products.
More than 5 years of design experience in the medium voltage switchgear and RMU industry.
More than 5 years of experience in organizing and managing technical teams.
Strong ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
