Job details

Our company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our technical team in Riyadh. If you have a strong background in maintenance team management and after-sales services, we’d be happy to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule monthly field visits for the maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Oversee service quality and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
Supervise company vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance.
Address customer complaints and resolve technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations or technical service management.
Strong skills in team leadership, planning, quality control, and problem-solving.
Solid understanding of maintenance operations and after-sales services.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP.
