Lavndry is a forward-thinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovation and growth. As Sr. Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making. You will lead efforts to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, and execute marketing and sales strategies. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization that is transforming the industry.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with Lavndry’s business objectives.
  2. Drive customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  3. Enhance customer retention by analyzing user behavior and implementing targeted engagement strategies.
  4. Optimize the customer journey by identifying and addressing pain points in the sales and service funnels.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities across all regions in Saudi Arabia.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align efforts and maximize results.
  7. Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI-driven campaign execution.
  8. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make informed decisions.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to expand Lavndry’s market presence.
  10. Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on achieving growth objectives.
  11. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting professional development.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in growth management or business development.
  2. Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer segmentation, and data analytics.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic.
  9. Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  10. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  11. Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
