About Kimpton Riyadh Located in King Abdullah Financial District which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22-kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues, and iconic luxury residences. The hotel welcomes guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and to enjoy its unique dining options. Day to Day

Brand Promotion : Promoting the hotel's brand image both internally and externally. This includes creating and executing property-level communications through traditional, digital, and social media channels.
Campaign Management : Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive consumer awareness and preference. This involves working with advertising agencies on creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
Social Media Engagement : Managing social media content and engagement. This includes updating content on the hotel's website and travel sites, and responding to guest comments on social media channels.
Public Relations : Participating in the development of comprehensive PR plans and maintaining relationships with local media, including food critics and bloggers. Writing and distributing press releases for property events and promotions.
Market Analysis : Conducting marketing analysis for hotel room promotions, restaurant promotions, and other hotel products. This helps in understanding market trends and customer preferences.
Collaboration : Working closely with other departments, such as Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales, to support promotions and campaigns that target in-house guests and drive incremental revenue.
Administrative Duties : Performing general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team, such as filing, sending emails, and typing.
Customer Interaction : Engaging with guests and potential clients to promote the hotel's services and facilities. This includes setting up preview package sales/tours and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. It's a crucial position that helps enhance the hotel's image and drive business growth. What We Need From You Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
Two to three years prior tenure in a similar role
International luxury hotel chain background
GCC exposure
English fluency is required
Arabic fluency is preferred

This may involve taking on additional responsibilities as needed, especially during periods of high occupancy or in emergency situations.
