We seek a highly skilled Sales Director to drive business growth and develop our sales strategy in the region. This role involves working closely with various central teams to achieve goals and collaborating with Account Managers to maintain a consistent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and translate the global Accor sales strategy into local approaches.
2. Collaborate with central teams to achieve business targets.
3. Work with Account Managers to preserve a unified customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A Business or Hotel School/University degree.
2. Minimum 7-8 years of hotel sales and marketing experience.
3. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
