We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Principal to join our leadership team for Middle and High School. This role is ideal for an educator passionate about fostering academic excellence, promoting student growth, and driving positive change in a collaborative learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Principal in managing overall school operations, including curriculum development.
  2. Monitor and enhance students' academic performance through effective strategies.
  3. Lead and mentor teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities.
  4. Oversee extracurricular activities to promote student engagement.
  5. Manage student discipline and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
  6. Collaborate with parents and the community to support student well-being.
  7. Utilize data analysis to inform instructional practices and improvement plans.
  8. Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
  9. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration or a related field.
  2. Valid professional license from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
  3. Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and instructional practices.
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  5. Commitment to inclusivity and fostering equitable learning environments.
  6. Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
  7. Experience in using educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
