With the worldliness that travel brings, every stay will take your imagination to places you’d never expect! Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  2. Implement and maintain the restaurant’s food and beverage concept, consistently meeting guest expectations while identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Regularly update service offerings to align with industry trends and customer preferences.
  4. Foster a positive and professional relationship with both guests and team members.
  5. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and Food & Beverage leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  6. Manage food and beverage inventory, control costs, monitor bar stock, analyze sales performance, and oversee product quality.
  7. Ensure strict adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
  8. Oversee cash handling, stock management, and compliance with financial controls.
  9. Provide continuous training for staff to enhance product knowledge and menu expertise.
  10. Lead the team with ongoing service training and personalized development plans.
  11. Supervise the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to maintain quality standards.
  12. Conduct and oversee staff training, including hands-on coaching when necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree or professional training in food and beverage management.
  2. Minimum two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel outlet.
  3. Proficiency in English and the local language (additional language skills are a plus).
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  5. Proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
  6. Familiarity with restaurant management systems (e.g., MICROS) is beneficial.
  7. Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings is an advantage.
